Yeah, we've talked about this a little already, but I guess the biggest problem here is that none of this is even a free speech issue.
As I said, as a private company, Twitter isn't beholden to free speech laws. Whether that should be the case is an interesting conversation, but then that's another conversation we need to have before we even talk about what qualifies as a falsehood.
True and false are far from binary when it comes to speech. I see people telling the most spectacular lies whilst never saying anything that is technically factually inaccurate.
