A) The "damsel in distress" play-acting she does on the call is clearly meant to suggest to the police that she's in danger when she's not. The threat itself is racist. And seriously, if you think somebody is a threat, are you seriously going to stand 3 feet away from them and tell them about your plan to lie about them to the police? And then actually make the call right within earshot of them??!! Alll while making absolutely no attempt to leave the scene?? In fact, Christian leaves, the instant she clips a leash to her dog's collar.

B) The police didn't say that no crime was committed. They charged her with a misdemeanour. They then dropped the charges, even though Christian wasn't pressing charges, because she did some court-appointed therapy. This is all a matter of public record.

C) Amy also claimed that he tried to assault her and admitted that she'd lied when the police showed up:

Again, it's so weird that you're tying yourself in knots trying to defend this behaviour and conveniently ignoring the many details that conflict with the version of events you want to be true.

You're happy to point out what Christian did wrong, and while you're obviously really reaching at points, we agree that he behaved badly. Saying something that might be perceived as threatening to a woman alone is absolutely not okay. But every single thing she does tells us that she wasn't threatened. Up to and including the lying and play-acting she does to the police. Again, if she'd called the police and told the truth, nobody would know who she was.

But you want to act as if the fact that it's maybe, sorta, kinda, possible that she felt threatened (if you ignore all the details of the case except the one line that Christian said) make anything else she does acceptable. I mean, you must see how absurdly biased that is.
