Absolutely. And more to the point, none of the advantages I listed in the article are affected by lowering testosterone levels. Once you've gone through male puberty, those effects are permanent. All that changes is muscle mass and body fat distribution.

Trans women are definitely weaker than they were as men, but not as weak as they'd be if they'd never gone through male puberty.
