Adams' words carry little to no weight bar uproar on social media either. White people aren't going to flee from black people because some cartoonist on the internet told them to. So does that mean Adams' words aren't racist? If a random white person calls me a ni**er, it carries little to no weight, that individual doesn't have any systemic power. So is that not racist?

This "prejudice plus power" nonsense erases 90% of the racism people of colour face. And mindlessly upholds the lie that white people are superior to everybody else. Not just that there are more white people in government, etc. but that white people are inherently more powerful. You're extending this magical power to every single white person based purely on the colour of their skin. Please, for the love of God, think!
