edit: Ah, wait, just re-reading this, are you saying that I haven't represented the police fairly because I didn't mention that they are trained to diffuse tension? I don't know the particulars of what a police officers learns in their training, and I certainly don't think that all police officers are bad, but the behaviour I cite in the article clearly shows that that training isn't enough to prevent these things from happening.
