I'll take your point anyway, you're right, everyone is mixed. I wasn't precise. What I'm saying is that it's ridiculous to claim that you're Asian if you're 99% White but have an affinity with Japanese culture.
And yes, Obama was the first mixed President. Blame the one-drop-rule for the fact that everybody calls him black.
The science does not, anywhere at all, suggest that feelings are an accurate way to discern race. If you want to argue that eyeballing it isn't a good way to do that either, fair enough. I'd agree. But to argue that it's meaningless because it's sometimes complex is asinine.
