Ah, well I think the reasons we don’t see good news on television is different. Sadly, scary, dramatic, racially-charged news sells. It’s not just that we don’t see good news, we don’t even see certain types of bad news.

How often do we hear stories about white people being killed by police? Or black cops shooting black people? The media spends the majority of its time manipulating people’s emotions sadly.

But yes, I completely agree, most cops are good. I pointed that out a few times, but I guess as I was talking about police reform, it was hard not to focus on the mistakes.
