Caster Semenaya isn't a woman who has a naturally high testosterone level. Caster Semenaya is a male who has androgen resistance.My suggestion would be to allow her to compete against women and treat her records similarly to trans women's.

Transgender athletes competing against each other is a perfectly fine idea except there aren't enough of them to do so.
