Do you know many trans people competed in the last Olympics? One. So even if, as you seem to be suggesting (and as obviously wouldn't be necessary), they decided to make extra Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for this one athlete, that's an extra three. Trans people are rare. Trans olympians are rarer.
