Either you have no idea what actually happened that night, which is strange considering that there's plenty of video of the events, or you have no understanding of self-defence laws.

I don't do "counter-takes." I'm not saying things because they counter the mainstream view. I'm saying them because, with a little thought and willingness to learn the details of the case, they're self-evidently true.

Yes, throwing out the gun charge was a mistake. I agree completely. The existence of the technicality doesn't make throwing out the charge reasonable. But no. Racism was almost certainly not a driving factor.

This is most ably demonstrated by the fact that RITTENHOUSE SHOT THREE WHITE MEN!! All of whom can be seen, on camera, attacking him first.

Lastly, and I keep seeing this, there is a difference between protestors and looters. Please stop conflating the two. The people who the militia formed in response to, the people who were setting fire to business and destroying property for two days, they were looters. If I owned a business in downtown Kenosha, I'm pretty sure I'd have been relieved that somebody was trying to do something about it.
