Exactly. I absolutely believe that talking and thinking about diversity is a good thing. But the way it's being done at the moment is so wrongheaded. It's kind of terrifying that things were already like this 20 years ago.

All this does is breed resentful white kids who grow up to be resentful white adults who are sick to death of hearing about racism. It's the exact opposite of what these efforts are supposed to achieve. How this isn't absolutely obvious to everybody concerned is a mystery to me.
