Exactly. I think this is because there's a broader range of behaviour that's acceptable for men. It's women who are more often forced into the box of dainty and ditzy and helpless that Dylan profits from.
Men can pretty much just be whoever they are. Unless they're too feminine, of course. Then, as even Dylan acknowledges, they get told there's something wrong with them. Or, more recently, they got told they're in "the wrong body"
