Fair enough, I found them unproductive, vague, and a panacea for the desire of certain wealthy white liberals to make themselves the hero of a story without doing anything that might cost them their status. In fact, DiAngelo's writing gently affirms their superiority complex and then asks them to perform repentance for it.

Funnily enough, I've come across a few of her readers in the comments here, and they've almost all been quick to talk down to me (a black race writer) about race, get immediately defensive...sorry, I mean fragile when chlallenged politely, and hurl insults. (I'm not accusing you of any that, just pointing out how ineffective DiAngelo's work is in practice with some of her readers.)

It's almost as if all the talk about #listening and growth are just a paper thin veneer...
