First, this reply doesn't address, at all, what I wrote in my comment.

But second, I'm saying that SOME men voted for Trump because the political Left treats them and their concerns with total disdain. Trump, in fact the political Right in general, doesn't.

And I'm saying this will incline those men to vote Right just as the political Right's disdain for women and people of colour inclines women and people of colour to vote Left.

And my overarching point is that this zero-sum thinking is badly misguided. If the Left stopped dismissing men in such a reflexive way (as seen in a couple of the comments here), if more people, like your good self, recognised that you can support men without being a Trump supporter or hating women and people of colour, the Left would never lose an election again.
