God, I can't imagine what this must have been like. And yes, I completely agree. I'm also convinced that some of them would have made different choices if the conversations around COVID had been more compassionate and less judgemental.

It's just basic human nature that you don't change people's minds by yelling at them about how stupid and evil they are. There are so many important issues where people have lost sight of this fact.
