I have never argued (and don't argue in this piece) that the law treats black people and white people equally. If you took the time to actually read what you're whining about, you'd see that I say very clearly that it doesn't. The point, is that the solution to that isn't to throw white people in jail when they haven't broken the law. It's to demand better laws and enforce legal precedent.
