I have no problem with having my points contested. Especially when it's done intelligently. It's pretty difficult to be a writer if you do. Especially one who is well known for engaging with his readers.

I just find people who are arrogant enough to think they can read other people's minds, or who think that saying whatever the opposite of what "the right" says is a workable substitute for actually thinking, to be really tiresome.
