I honestly pity people like you, who are incapable of empathy towards anybody but demand it from everybody, who think every situation is a zero-sum game where showing the tiniest shred of integrity or decency is a loss, who always pick the latter when faced with a choice between an uncomfortable truth or a comforting lie. You will always, inevitably lose.
