Haha, you really are the most consistent victim-blamer I've ever encounteredđŸ˜…

Is there any situation, ever, where you think we should be more concerned with blaming the criminal than blaming the victim? Where you recognise that some people fall victim to crime, not because they made "unwise decisions" but because they had the gall to believe they could leave the safety of their homes and enjoy the world?

I just don't understand what world you want to live in. Should everybody stay locked in their maximum security, electrified fenced houses unless there driving around their permanently locked, bullet proof vehicles? Should women walk around with steel-plated chastity belts on and semi automatic rifles in both hands?

Is there any level of normalcy that is acceptable to you? Is it reasonable to strive towards a world where I can have a moment where I'm not expecting people to put their hands in my pocket? Is there any degree of freedom a woman should be able to enjoy in public before she's basically "asking" for somebody to rape her? Why is the burden never on the criminals in your mind?

Although, yes, I’m actually with you on the not idolising celebrities part. But that’s a different conversation.
