I mean, seriously, how am I supposed to respond to this? How do I point out how ridiculous this is without hurting your feelings? Do you see that if you say ridiculous things it’s almost impossible for me to avoid pointing out that you’re being ridiculous?

Would you accept it if I said that the Hamas media official who went on TV after October 7th and said he wanted to do the same thing "again and again and again" was just a random quote? How many times have you heard people repeat that quote as evidence of how evil and intractable Hamas are?

But when the Prime Minister's senior advisor reiterates the Prime Minister's policy towards the Gaza withdrawal, you try to dismiss it as a "random quote."

Again, this is why I can't take you seriously. You’re not even trying to be intellectually honest. There's no amount of evidence that will shake you from your position. At least not in a single conversation. And I have better things to do than waste my time trying.

As I've said several times now, I've been doing this for a year. I've come across people exactly like you (when it comes to this topic) dozens of times before. I've simply learned how futile it is to present evidence to somebody who doesn't want to face the truth.
