A talented single mother works extremely hard, creates something that millions of people love, gets rich because of it, and immediately forfeits her humanity. Is that how it goes? Anybody richer than you is fair game? Does she no longer have feelings because she's wealthy? The death threats and the abuse and the utterly disingenuous misrepresentations of her and her views don't matter because she owns a castle? You guys reveal your lack of humanity and compassion every time with this stuff.
Sure, you see the problem when it's people like Natalie Wynn and Lindsay Ellis (I agree with you here of course), but not when it's Rogan or Rowling. But let's be very clear; if you can't extend your empathy to people you disagree with, you don't actually have any.
