1. What's the difference between your whiteness and your upbringing? Why do you use the word "whiteness" to describe it?

2. Do you think your experience is common to all white people? Do you think there are no people of colour who have had similar experiences?

3. Do you think your unconscious bias is a result of being white? Why?

4. Why do you think being born in a society dominated by white voices is something you should take responsibility for? What does your awareness of this change?

None of this is a trap, I'm just trying to really tease out your meaning when you say these things.
