Hi Mark, you might want to also consider how the criminal justice system views black people. Take, for example, Brian Banks, who was falseely accused of rape when he was sixteen but whose lawyer convinced him to accept a “deal” which saw him serve five years because “the jury will just see a big black teenager and won’t believe anything you say.”
Seems like you’re also inclined to believe that black people are just more likely to be guilty.
