I am so exhausted at seeing this claim, so sorry if I come across a bit terse, but this is absolutely delusional. You absorb so much information, most of which you lack the expertise or the time to "validate" that nonetheless influences your view of the world.
Not to mention the dozens of topics that you, and most people, myself very much included, are simply not smart enough to fully understand. There are a dozen topics an expert could flat-out lie to us about and we'd have no idea because we haven't devoted years of our lives to the study of macroeconomics or climate change.
And the playing field isn't level. Many of the most influential accounts have millions of followers because they spend all day posting on ical media. Mist people who know what they're talking about don't have the time to do that, so their voice is, tragically, far less likely to be heard.
Elon "Schrodinger's Nazi Salute" Musk has over 200 million followers, plus he owns the social network where millions of people get their information and openly abuses this fact to promote his lies and bigotry to more people.
Russian (and I'm sure other nations') bot farms can programatically spread propaganda from thousands of accounts that thanks to AI can pass as human behind the anonymity of social media.
And all of it works so effectively precisely because people inexplicably believe they can just "do their own research" on everything and can't be fooled.
