When Dave Chappelle jokes about trans people, there's hardly any pushpack against the claim that this will lead to the death of trans people. Or that "this is about people who want trans people to not be alive"

But when a trans women, who makes the mistake of defending the "wrong side" of the debate, is viciously bullied and commits suicide, suddenly we're very concerned about the precision of every word.
