I think this is a grossly simplistic way of avoiding thinking about why preople disagree with you. Instead of speaking to people and figuring out why they act the way they do, you decide that everybody who thinks differently is a sycophant.
We're ALL different from each other! All seven billion plus of us. I know nothing about your life, but I know for a fact that the world treats us differently and I have no way of knowing whether it treats us, as individuals, better or worse based on a few data points like skin color or sex.
Those of you who buy so heavily into identity politics constantly feel the need to tell people like me that black people are discriminated against. WE KNOW! We're fully committed to ending that. I strongly suspect I'm doing more in that regard than you are. But drawing new stupid battle lines is not the way to do it. In fact, it's doing the opposite.
