I will never understand why some Jews are in such a hurry to conflate Jews with Israel. I'm quite sure that if somebody else was doing that you'd accuse them of antisemitism. I even state, explicitly, that the Jews in Israel and around the world aren't responsible for the action of the Israeli government.

I am criticising the Israeli government, not Jews. Because they are responsible for the policies that oppress the Palestinian people and violate international law. It's perfectly to imagine and support an Israel that doesn't do this.

I have no problem making this distinction. Fascinating that your entire comment is built on your inability to do the same .
