I'm not sure what you mean. The SCOTUS clearly doesn't disagree, that's why there's no legal recourse if you're banned from Twitter.
The key mistake people keep making here is thinking that this is a free speech issue. It's not. At least not in the way that freedom of speech is currently defined.
If you're arguing that we need to rethink free speech fot the digital age, then I agree. But right now, it's perfectly legal for Twitter or Facebook or whoever to ban who they want.
