It seems as if you're disappointed that my article doesn't talk about somethig it was never meant to talk about.

There are many issues that affect black people and I can't cover them all. In fact, this wasn't even about issues that affect black people, it's more of an "explainer" for white people who feel that diversity programmes are unfair or racist.

The flaws in the political system are another piece of the problem, as is police reform, general hiring practices, free speech, taxation, education, on and on. I just chose to write about this.
