It’s like you’re arguing with somebody else! I’m not ranking victimhood at all😅 How on Earth are you getting that from anything I’ve said? All racism is bad. I’m not saying that certain types are worse than others.

I’m saying that words are treated differently. I’m saying that black people are uniquely sensitive to this slur. I’m saying that it’s the go-to slur (not nig-nog, not “darkie”) for people who want to hurt black people. I’m saying that that’s because this word has a unique standing amongst racial slurs. I’m saying that most people won’t dare to say the word aloud, even in context. All of these are just statements of fact for pretty much every English speaking person. If you don’t see this then that’s fine. But again, you’re in the minority if you don’t understand this. Even in the UK.
