If you're looking for a concept which is "an important step in judging people by their behavior, not their skin color" why on Earth would you put a skin colour right there in the name?

We have numerous words we can use to describe behaviour. I'm strongly in favour of using them. Why invent a new term which includes the words "race" and "white" if your aim is to move beyond these concepts??
