Man. Imagine writing all this in an attempt to compare the actions of the Vikings to the Atlantic slave trade. A slave trade that forced around 12 million Africans into bondage over 400 years. A slave trade that by law, made their children slaves too.

Imagine doing that because it felt so important to you to minimise the slave trade in an article that wasn’t even about it. And even though, if you’re intelligent enough to type, you realised that I wasn’t trying to argue that white people had never been enslaved when the word slave literally comes from the Slavs.

I thought about deleting this idiotic comment, but instead I’m going to leave it right here so that everybody can see what kind of person you are and how little you have to do with your time. Maybe you could try comparing the Holocaust to the mistreatment of German immigrants in 19th century America next.
