Me neither, but this doesn't require omniscience, just a basic knowledge of human nature.
I could just as confidently say that most people spend the majority of their time not thinking about the shape of their fingernails. Most people (by which I mean pretty much all people) have more pressing concerns.
But to your point, I believe that everyone should spend some part of their day doing something to repair our broken world. Navel gazing about race wouldn't help anybody even if more people did it. And frankly, if we're talking about our entire broken world, there are more pressing problems to worry about than race.
