Me too. I really think a lot of people are onboard with trans people's right to live happy, safe lives. We're happy to be respectful. But as the demands of the activists become more extreme and more reality-denying, as the abuse against anybody who asks questions becomes more ubiquitous, I'm seeing very clearly a broad rejection of nuance.

Again, this is the point I was making in the article. We need more honest, nuanced perspectives from both sides of the issue. Because right now, only the extremist are talking.
