No, I don't take this as a knock on me at all. I feel exactly the same way. It's often quite bemusing to me how some find my writing controversial, when I'm usually thinking, "wait, isn't this obvious???"😅

Identity politics in general seems to block some people from thinking rationally. I'm absolutely astonished by some take on trans issues on an almost daily basis. Smart, empathetic reaonsable people just completely lose their minds. I wish I could understand it.
