No, not really. I think the West is doing more less everything it can do *now*. But the options are severely constrained now. And people are already dying now. I'm basically just expressing my frustration in this piece that action was finally taken so late.

The sanctions aren't toothless. I think even Putin has been surprised by the extent of them. I just wish the West had shown the will to get serious before people started dying.
