No, of course there's correlation, just not causation. Culture is environmental, not genetic. Most black people have way more in common culturally with the people who live in whatever country they live in, than they do with somebody living in Africa (assuming they don't live in Africa of course).
Anyway, like I said, I think we're way too far apart to have a productive discussion about this over the internet. At least not one which doesn't take up a ridiculous amount of time. No offence, but I probably won't respond anymore.
