No. The problem, once again, is your refusal to acknowledge the difference between sex and gender. "woman" is simply a name for an adult, human female. Just as "lioness" is a name for an adult, female lion. Gender is an almost meaninglessly diffuse term that varies wildly from individual to individual. There is no such thing as "knowing somebody's gender." You're basically talking about personalities at this point.
In sport, women want equality in how they're paid and represented. There are important converations to be had about that, but women are not equal in terms of strength and size, because having a body set up to produce children (yes, even on the occasions where the woman is infertile for some reason) carries with it certain costs. This doesn't make women unequal, it makes their needs different.
Saying it's fair that males with gender dysphoria compete against females is like saying it's fair that able-bodied people with body integrity dysphoria compete at the Paralympics. Again, recognising a difference does not denote inferiority or superiority. It simply means recognising reality.
