No, this isn't what racism is. But I honestly don't think there's any point in discussing this. I think we disagree on pretty much everything, quite possibly starting from our definition of race itself.
I suspect that it won't make much of a difference, but here's a dictionary definition of racism:
"the belief that different races possess distinct characteristics, abilities, or qualities, especially so as to distinguish them as inferior or superior to one another."
By this definition, your comments are racist against every ethnic group, including all black people.
The only point of common ground we have is that Europeans came to America and oppresssed Native Americans. This is obviously a fact. But even here I think you're wrong in the implication that the Native Americans didn't oppress each other. European oppression was enabled by technology and by culture, not by the colour of their skin.
