I’m going to explain this very carefully. The fact that men aren’t allowed in these spaces prevents many men from entering them. It’s not a prefect solution. But it’s the best one we currently have. The fact that some men enter them, even when they’re not allowed to, should make it clear that many more men will enter them if nobody is even allowed to protest anymore.

So to answer the actual point, women can "pretty easily avoid spaces with naked men". They used the female changing room. That. Is. Why. They. Exist.
