Okay, great. So you've read an article which is totally in favour of CRT and strawmans people's objections to it. Now go and find some articles critiquing it and talking about the harm it causes.

Here's one to get you started:

https://newdiscourses.com/2021/04/critical-race-theory-two-page-overview/

This is just a quick primer. See also writers like John McWhorter and Coleman Hughes. Bari Weiss has spent a lot of time om her substack recently talkng abou the harm CRT is doing in the education sphere. One of my own articles touches on the problems in education too:

I'm not going to tell you what to think. Have a look, do some reading, and ask yourself why some black people disagree so strongly with this approach. Talk to those who agree with CRT and ask why they don't see the problems we do. Don't let them silence you by saying that you're white or that X person is right-wing or whatever other bullshit. If they can't argue their point without manipulating your emotions or your guilt, ask yourself how trustworthy their arguments are.

*This* is how you help. By challenging yourself to engage with complex ideas and thinking seriously about the outcomes those ideas will lead to. If that's too difficult that's fine. Genuinely. But don't spread half-cocked ideas around. It doesn't help.
