Okay man, I don't know what to tell you. I used a word, as it's supposed to be used in the English language, and apparently you didn't know it could be used to refer to anything but de jure segregation. So you're mad.

It's fine if you don't want to admit that you didn't know that. You can just quietly go and read a book and learn something you didn't know before.

The fact that de jure segregation was called de jure segregation really says everything that needs to be said.
