That's an extremely simplistic way to think of it. Yes, there are statistical differences between men and women of the type you'd find on a bell curve (and by the way, these differences, though real, aren't particularly profound). But, as always with statistical differences, these are almost useless in predicting what kind of person a particular man or woman will be.

So the fact that "men" and "women", as categories, are different, doesn't even begin to suggest that the individuals in those categories aren't equal and shouldn't be treated equally. They may end up with different outcomes on the basis of group level differences, but they shouldn't be forced into those outcomes. You seem to be conflating "equal" and "the same".

I'm all for sexist jokes, just as I am for jokes about race or sexuality or anything else. The only stipulation is that they be funny😉
