And the legislature is holding some of Trump's excesses in check. The problem, of course, is that the Republicans won the House and the Senate AND hold a majority on the Supreme Court. And that the Musk/Trump hybrid is moving at such a government destroying speed the the legislature can't keep up. It wasn't designed to deal with a wanna-be dictator..
