The section you quoted is a literal, uncontested description of her actions. You can watch the video of her smirking at her hearing (she even apologised for her conduct after she was criticised). You can see with your own eyes the examples of her plagiarism. You can read the Harvard policies that lay out punishments for plagiarism or, indeed, about how students have been punished for plagiarism in the past.

Reality denial is so boring.
