The things I'm pointing to ARE ridiculous. And they do absolutely nothing to fight racism. What they DO do though, is make people check out of the issue entirely because they're constantly being told that everything they're doing is wrong or that they're evil simply because of the colour of their skin of that idiotic trifling things are somehow harming us poor fragile black people. The comments are filled with people saying exactly that.

My aim in writing this is to call out everybody doing harmful things under the banner of "anti-racism". We simplay can't keep pretednig that everybody who chants Black Lives Matter or talks about "whiteness" with disdain is on our side. It's simply not true and is becoming dangerous to ignore. We're being dragged backwards by these people and their bitterness or greed.

You're absolutely right, the really work is usually not visible. It's not as easy as posting a black square on Instagram or reading a book on Critical race Theory. I actually am in the process of writing about this very topic.
