There are various factors that account for the lack of proportional representation in different fields. Racial bias among them. But racial bias Is far from the only issue holding black people back.
So if you're arguing that racial equality has taken longer than you want it to, fine. We're in complete agreement. My point is simply that some of the things being done today in the name of antiracism are clearly only going to make that journey even longer. And ignore all of the other factors that impede black progress.
