Human beings can tell whether somebody is male or female, at a glance, with something like 99% accuracy. THREE MONTH OLD BABIES can do this (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6680589/). This includes the fact that in the overwhelming majority of cases (easily in the 90s), we can tell the sex of a trans person. This is the entire reason why the concept of "passing" exists.

The fact that intersex and androgynous people exist doesn't mean that there's "no way to tell" what sex somebody is. Cherry-picking one in a million sexual developmental abnormalities and then generalising them to the entire human race is just asinine.
