Welp, that's above my pay grade. Though from the little I know of her, there are good reasons to believe that she will vote in a progressive manner. Most obviously, her unique (with regards to the Supreme Court) experience as a public defender.

I have no problem with a nominee being criticised on the basis of their politics. My issue is that Biden has made it so that it will always be possible to cast doubt upon her because of who she is.
