2. Wouldn’t you say that it was a good idea to have clear, robust and rigorously enforced accountability structures in place for anybody given a gun and the right to use it?

p.s. They don’t have a right to use it simply because they’ve been provoked. They have a right to use it to protect their own lives or the lives of others.
